A diary, not surveillance

Marlow shows what happened, not where your nanny is. No GPS, no audio, no screen monitoring. She sees the same diary you do — a shared notebook for your child's day, not a one-way report.

You set it up, she just logs

Sign up, add your child, text your nanny an invite link. One tap for bottles, naps, diapers, meds, and notes — one hand, baby in the other. Quick enough she'll actually keep using it.

Your child's day, live in your feed

Every bottle, nap, and diaper shows up the moment she taps it. No more 11am "how's it going?" texts. No pickup recap to wait for — the day is already there.

Languages

Marlow speaks your nanny's language.

Each person on the diary picks their own language. You can read your feed in English while your nanny taps logs in Spanish — same entries, both ways. We're adding more languages as we hear from families who need them.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

What if my nanny doesn't want to download an app?+
Most nannies are fine with one calm app — it's a shared diary, not a tracker, and it's free for her. If she's hesitant, show her this page or the FAQ on nanny privacy; she sees exactly what you see, with no GPS, audio, or screen monitoring. If she still says no, you can cancel inside the 14-day trial with no card charged.
Will my nanny feel watched?+
She sees exactly what you see — the same diary, the same entries, the same parent feed. There's no GPS, no audio, no screen monitoring, nothing hidden. The parent pays the $8/mo Family plan and the nanny joins free, so it's never a cost or hassle on her side.
What if my nanny forgets to log something?+
Marlow is one-tap by design, so it usually fits into the rhythm of the day. If a feed or nap got missed, anyone with access can add it later with the time it actually happened. The diary is for the day, not for grading the nanny.
Can multiple parents see the same child's feed?+
Yes. Each child has their own profile, and you can invite both parents plus grandparents, partners, or any other trusted adult. Each one gets a private feed of just that child.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No. The Family plan is month-to-month at $8/mo (or $79/year), starting with a 14-day free trial and no card up front. Cancel anytime in two taps inside the app.
Is each child's information private?+
Yes. Parents only see their own child. Helpers only see what they are allowed to see. Marlow does not sell parent data or include ads.
Who signs up first — the parent or the nanny?+
Either one. A nanny can sign up and send the parent an invite link, or a parent can sign up first and invite their nanny. The parent pays the $8/mo Family plan and the nanny joins free. If a daycare signs up, the daycare pays $19/mo and all parents join free.
