Marlow Terms of Use

Adult use

Marlow is intended for adult sitters, helpers, and parents. Children do not create accounts and the app is not marketed as child-directed.

Care updates

Marlow helps invited adults share daily baby-care logs. The app does not provide medical, safety, licensing, payroll, or compliance advice.

Invite-only parent access

Parent access is created through baby-specific invites. Parents can view information for connected babies but cannot edit care-diary records.

Subscriptions

Care-diary owners manage subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Parents and helpers are not charged by Marlow.

Account deletion

Adults may delete their account in the app. Deletion removes account access and anonymizes personal profile data while preserving shared baby-care history for remaining authorized adults.

Acceptable use

Users are responsible for entering accurate information, inviting only appropriate adults, and using Marlow in a lawful way.
