What if my nanny doesn't want to download an app?

Most nannies are fine with one calm app — it's a shared diary, not a tracker, and it's free for her. If she's hesitant, show her this page or the FAQ on nanny privacy; she sees exactly what you see, with no GPS, audio, or screen monitoring. If she still says no, you can cancel inside the 14-day trial with no card charged.

What if my nanny forgets to log something?

Marlow is one-tap by design, so it usually fits into the rhythm of the day. If a feed or nap got missed, anyone with access can add it later with the time it actually happened. The diary is for the day, not for grading the nanny.
