Home daycare daily report app

A home daycare daily report app for small care groups

Group children by room (Infants, Toddlers, whatever fits), log each one's day with a tap, and each family sees their own private feed.

Updated May 12, 2026

Home daycares need a daily report that handles multiple children, not enterprise software built for a center with twenty staff. Marlow is a simple care diary with rooms, helper seats, and a private feed per family.

No card up front · cancel in two taps · your nanny joins free

One group, private feeds

Providers see every kid. Each family sees only their own child, never another family's day.

Rooms and helpers

Group children by room and bring on helper seats. Every entry stays attributed to the caregiver who logged it.

Without enterprise weight

No center-management dashboard to learn, no per-staff licensing fees. Marlow fits the size of an in-home program: a couple of helpers, a few kids you can name from memory.

Pricing

Every family, in one place.

Home Daycare

$19/month

or $189/year

Up to 10 kids, multiple staff

  • Paid by the daycare — all parents invited free
  • Rooms to group kids (Infants, Toddlers, etc.)
  • Multiple staff seats with caregiver attribution
  • Everything in Family
  • More than 10 kids? Reach out — we'll work it out.
Real-time check-in alerts

Know she got there safe — the moment she gets there.

Most daycare apps batch updates and dump them at pickup. Marlow pings you the second your child checks in, checks out, or anything in between. No more refreshing. No more wondering until 5pm.

  • Arrival pings in seconds, not at the end of the day
  • Everyone on the pickup list, notified at once — partner, grandparent, sitter
  • A timestamped record of the day, so nothing gets found out hours later
What's the point if there's no real-time updates? This app makes me anxious with not knowing anything until the day is over.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

What is Marlow?+
Marlow is a shared baby care diary for nannies, home daycares, and the parents whose kids are in their care. Whoever signs up first invites the other side. Caregivers log the day in one place, and each parent sees a private feed for their own child.
Can multiple parents see the same child's feed?+
Yes. Each child has their own profile, and you can invite both parents plus grandparents, partners, or any other trusted adult. Each one gets a private feed of just that child.
Can I add helpers and co-sitters?+
Yes — on the Home Daycare plan. It includes multiple staff seats with caregiver attribution on every entry, so the care diary keeps handoffs clear. The Family plan covers one nanny.
What does Marlow cost?+
Two plans. Family is $8/month (or $79/year) — paid by the parent for their kids' care diary, with their nanny invited free. Home Daycare is $19/month (or $189/year) for up to 10 kids with rooms and multiple staff seats, with all parents invited free. Family plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Whoever pays, the other side is always free.
Is each child's information private?+
Yes. Parents only see their own child. Helpers only see what they are allowed to see. Marlow does not sell parent data or include ads.
