Baby care diary app

A baby care diary app for shared care days

Parents open Marlow and see their child's day in order: every nap, bottle, diaper, and note, attributed to the caregiver who logged it.

Updated May 12, 2026

A baby care diary keeps a record of a child's day in one place. Marlow does this for shared care: the sitter logs as it happens, helpers can read the day so far, and each parent sees a private feed for their own child.

What Marlow tracks

Quick logs for sleep, feeds, diapers, mood, meds, notes, photos, and daily recaps. Each one is tagged with time and caregiver.

Beats the group text

Group texts scroll away. A diary lets a parent answer "when was the last bottle?" at a glance, even three days later.

Made for small care

Fits nannies, sitters, nanny shares, and small in-home daycares. Center-management software is overkill at this size; a diary is enough.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

What is Marlow?+
Marlow is a shared baby care diary for nannies, home daycares, and the parents whose kids are in their care. Whoever signs up first invites the other side. Caregivers log the day in one place, and each parent sees a private feed for their own child.
Who signs up first — the parent or the nanny?+
Either one. A nanny can sign up and send the parent an invite link, or a parent can sign up first and invite their nanny. The parent pays the $8/mo Family plan and the nanny joins free. If a daycare signs up, the daycare pays $19/mo and all parents join free.
Can multiple parents see the same child's feed?+
Yes. Each child has their own profile, and you can invite both parents plus grandparents, partners, or any other trusted adult. Each one gets a private feed of just that child.
Is each child's information private?+
Yes. Parents only see their own child. Helpers only see what they are allowed to see. Marlow does not sell parent data or include ads.
What does Marlow cost?+
Two plans. Family is $8/month (or $79/year) — paid by the parent for their kids' care diary, with their nanny invited free. Home Daycare is $19/month (or $189/year) for up to 10 kids with rooms and multiple staff seats, with all parents invited free. Family plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Whoever pays, the other side is always free.
